Part 5-Airworthiness

Nigeria does not presently have the capabilities or demand to issue its own original type certification and will therefore not be the State of Design or State of Manufacture. Part 5 of the Regulations presents regulatory requirements forthe continuing airworthiness of aircraft expected to operate in Nigeria consistent with the standards andrecommended practices (SARPs) in ICAO Annexes 6 and 8.
