Capt. Ibrahim Bello Dambazau Director, Operations, Licensing & Training Standards

Capt. Ibrahim Bello Dambazau is a Pilot, Flight Engineer, Ground Engineer, Ground Instructor, Journalist and Marketer by profession. He was born on the 23rd December, 1952 in Dambazau ward in Kano State.

He attended St. Theresa’s Catholic School, Zaria and Senior Secondary School, Soba, Zaria for both his primary and secondary education. His further educational attainments are Federal Craft Certificate (Mechanical Engineering; Ministry of Labour Trade Test, Grade III & II; City and Guides of London Institute (Mechanical Engineering Part 1); Government Technical Training School, Kano; Government Craft School Wudil, Kano; Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing; Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism; Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Airframe and Engines); Airline Transport Pilot (ATP); Advanced Ground Instructors License for Pilots and Engineers; Flight Engineer License with Boeing 707 and DC 10 Ratings; and Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine Ratings

He also attended various courses both locally and overseas including the famous Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ), Lagos; United Airlines Denver Colorado, USA; PAN American Airline, San Francisco, USA; Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, Oakland, USA; Nigerian Civil Aviation Training Centre, Zaria.
