All flight clearance Agents are hereby advised to always collect from their clients a document to show the year of manufacture of Antonov IIlushyn and other Russian made aircraft and submit the same along with other required documents to facilitate the processing of their flight clearance application.
Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority is the regulatory body for aviation in Nigeria.
