This is to bring to the notice of Service Providers/Operators mandated to implement SMS under Nig.Cars Part 20, of the requirement to respond to the Notice of Disapproval(NoD). You are to refer to the All Service Providers letter and the amendment to annex 19, thereafter respond to the NoD as appropriate. Please find the download links on the lower right hand corner of this page. Your response should be attached and sent to the following emails:

faizu.mohammed@ncaa.gov.ng not later than 17th October, 2025.
