The NCAA published the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs 2023) Part 9 effective 10h July 2023 and the provisions of subsection 9.4.1.2()(1) requires that an A0C holder shall not operate an aircraft unless t is maintained by an AMO complying with Part6 of the regulations or under a maintenance authorisation approved by the NCAA.
