This All Operators Letter (AOL) is issued to provide information on the revision of the Technical Guidance Materials Volume 4 Airworthiness Inspectors Handbook and Advisory Circulars for the implementation of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations as related to the certification, approval, surveillance and audit obligations of the Directorate of Airworthiness Standards of the Nigeria Civil Authority.
