Part 3 of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs) addresses the certification and administration of Approved Training Organizations (ATO). ICAO Annex 1 contains standards for approval of training organizations. Part 3 uses these standards and has adapted them to cover other areas of airman training.
