The objective of this Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) is to provide the Regulations
Committee Members and NCAA staff, information and guidance on the amendment of the Civil
Aviation Act, Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs) and the filingof differenceswith ICAO.
The publication ofsignificant differences in the Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) is also
addressed.
