ISSUE/RENEWAL OF LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FOR OPERATIONS IN SPECIAL AREA OF OPERATION FOR GENERAL AVIATION OPERATORS

The objective of this task is to issue a letter of authorization (LOA) to a general aviation operator planning a flight in special area of operation.
