Guidelines/Requirements for the Renewal of Certificate of Registration of Agents of Foreign Airlines
1. RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION
1.1 Requirements:
An application for certificate renewal by an Agent of Foreign Airlines shall be made in writing to:

1.2 The application for Renewal must contain the following initial particulars:
- Name and official company address(es) of applicant, as well as:
- Applicant’s CAC Registration Number (RC)
- Contact telephone numbers
- Valid e-mail address(es)
- Name and nationalities of Directors of the company at the bottom of the page
1.3 The following supporting documents shall be forwarded with the application
(a) Submission of Returns on Agent’s activities in the past two (2) years, detailing amongst others, the
number of flight clearances obtained and for which airlines, etc;
(b) Receipt of payment of N125,000.00 non refundable renewal processing fee to NCAA;
(c) Company’s profile, management and organizational structure;
(d) Comprehensive list of staff, detailing names and positions being held;
(e) Details of relevant refresher courses attended by the operations staff during the period. (The certificates obtained should be attached);
(f) Curricula Vitae of any new Director and/or operations staff;
(g) Evidence of any new Agency Agreement with foreign airline(s); and
(h) Duly completed renewal form NCAA/AFA.001 (form obtainable from NCAA);
(i) NCAA shall inspect the office premises of the company. In case there is a change of address, the
applicant shall notify NCAA immediately.
1.4 Upon satisfactory fulfillment of the statutory requirements for renewal, the expired certificate shall be renewed for two (2) years
