GUIDELINES/REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
OF AIR TRANSPORT TRAINING INSTITUTION
- PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION
1.1 An Application for registration of an Air Transport Training Institution shall be made in writing to:

1.2 The application for Registration must contain the following initial particulars:
- Name and official company address(es) of applicant:
- Applicant’s CAC Registration Number (RC)
- Contact telephone numbers
- Valid e-mail address(es)
- Names and nationalities of Directors of the company at the bottom of the page
1.3 A non-refundable processing fee of N100, 000 shall be made payable to NCAA in respect of each application.
1.4 Each applicant shall obtain and fill form NCAA ATR/RTI.
001 and return same to the Allied Services Department of the Directorate of Air Transport Regulation of NCAA.
1.5 The following documents shall be submitted along with the application:
a. Certificate of Registration of the company;
b. Memorandum and Articles of Association with a minimum authorized share capital of N2 million;
c. Proposed Outline of courses the applicant intends to run and information/qualifications of lecturer(s) to undertake the proposed courses;
d. Reference Manuals for the course(s);
e. Tax clearance certificates of the proposed institution and all the Directors as reflected in the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
f. Curriculum Vitae of the Directors of the company; and
g. Photocopies of the qualifications of the Director of study.
2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
2.1 NCAA shall inspect the office premises of the institution. In case there is a change of address, the applicant shall notify NCAA immediately.
2.2 The applicant must have a well qualified Director of Studies. Such qualification must be Aviation related.
