1.1 Each applicant shall submit a letter of Application for Registration as an agent of foreign airlines to:

MURTALA MUHAMMED AIRPORT
1.2 A non-refundable processing fee of N250,000 shall be made payable to NCAA in respect of the Application.
1.3 Each applicant shall obtain from NCAA (Allied Services Unit of the Directorate of Air Transport Regulation), Form NCAA/DATR/AFA. 01 for due completion and return same to the Director General of the Organization.
1.4 The following documents shall be submitted along with the application:
2.1 The minimum Authorized Share Capital shall be N1,000,000 (one million Naira).
2.2 NCAA shall inspect the office premises of the company. In case there is a change of address, the applicant shall notify NCAA immediately.
2.3 The applicant’s operations staff shall show evidence of relevant certificates, experience, adequate knowledge and background in aviation-related matters.
2.4 The applicant shall organize refresher courses for its staff from time to time.
2.5 The applicant shall establish offices at relevant airports.
2.6 The applicant shall make available fire-proof cabinet(s) for safe- keeping of its documents.
2.7 The Agent shall ensure that the aircraft has adequate insurance cover put in place in case of default, accidents and incidents.
2.8 False declaration of cargo weights and falsification of documents shall attract sanction from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).
3.1 The validity of a Certificate shall be two (2) years unless otherwise suspended, withdrawn or revoked.
